What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any item is damaged or fails to meet your expectations, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly replace it, exchange it or refund your money. We regret that we are unable to accept returns on tea and food items that have been opened. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on special or custom orders.

How do I return or exchange items from my order?

\To return an item, please contact us at href="mailto:sales@houseofcha.com">sales@houseofcha.com or (785) 830-8888 to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  You MUST contact us prior to returning your products WE DO OT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER!   Be sure to indicate the reason for your return on your receipt, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your receipt, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper. Returns should be sent via the US Postal Service to:

Please note that we can only refund original and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For your security, please ship your return via insured USPS Parcel Post and retain your receipt. HOUSE OF CHá is not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit.

How are your teas packed?

To ensure freshness, all of our teas are packed to order in vacuum-sealed, foil pouches that protect against light, air and moisture. For the best brewing results, please refer to the instructions provided online.

What are your Customer Service hours of operation?

Our customer service staff is available for e-mail and phone assistance Monday-Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm pacific standard time, excluding holidays. Our customer service number is 1.785.830.8888.
