What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, and MasterCard, Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.

Do you collect sales tax?
HOUSE OF CHá is required to collect sales tax in Kansas. If you live in Kansas you will be charged 7.3% Kansas sales tax on your purchase.

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day. During peak periods such as before Christmas or Mother’s Day, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.To ensure the freshness of your tea, your order is sent from our warehouse in Taiwan Please allow 7-10 business days in transit for EMS.
