This high-quality Uji Matcha (powdered green tea) is traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony which begins with this stone-ground matcha, whipped with a bamboo whisk to make "Usucha" (thin matcha) tea. Generously rich, medium body and sprightly layers of flavor. A noticeable glow of spice gives way to a mouth-filling leafy finish.
