This Heavenly Taiwan Oolong, a high mountain grown taiwan oolong tea (4000 feet above sea level) is highly prized by tea connoisseurs in Taiwan. The thick fog and low rain fall helps create this taiwan oolong classic fresh, buttery character, light yellow-green hue, and a mildly sweet aftertaste. This is our second highest grade of Taiwan high mountain tea that we carry. This Taiwan oolong tea is well worth the price.

Water: 205-212F (95-100C) / 8oz
1st Infusion: 1 minutes
2n Infusion: 20 seconds
3rd Infusion: 40 seconds, increase 10 seconds for each subsequent brewing.
