Origin: Ali Shan, Chia-yi County, Taiwan
Oxidation: 25%~35%
Snowy Moon grows in Shi-tsou, a mountainous area in Ali Shan estate at an elevation of about 5,000 feet . The sharp difference between day and night temperatures allows the tea plants to grow slowly, thus developing more aroma and sweetness.
This oolong is deep and full with a finish that is silky smooth and sweet-- classic representation of an exceptional High Mountain Oolong.

Water: 205-212F (95-100C) / 8oz
1st Infusion: 1 minutes
2n Infusion: 20 seconds
3rd Infusion: 40 seconds, increase 10 seconds for each subsequent brewing.
