Type: Taiwan Oolong Tea
Origin: Mingjian, Nantou County, Taiwan
Oxidation: 20%~30%
This exquisite Taiwan Tsuey-yu Oolong tea (literally, Taiwan Emerald Jade Oolong) is also known as Taiwan Jade Oolong or Taiwan Cui Yu Oolong due to its lightly fermented state. The beautiful clear jade color is matched by a distinct floral character, deliciously sweet green taiwan oolong tea flavor, vaguely musky vanilla fragrance. This is another high mountain taiwan oolong tea. If it isn't a Taiwan oolong tea, then it isn't the best....
In Taiwan, this tea is also called Taiwan No. 13 (a reference to the tea plant species) and is especially loved by the ladies, who prefer light tasting Taiwan oolong tea.
