The oolong variety of Jin Xuan (aka Golden Lily) is a special cultivar of Camellia Sinesis tea plant developed through research at the Taiwan Tea Agricultural Research center. Unique taste of high mountain tea with light milky note free of any artificial flavors or additives, makes this tea very special of its kind. Once brewed, it has a pale yellow-gold, and slightly sweet flavor with a subtle aftertaste that coats the back of your throat and stays with you a while.

Water: 203-212F (95-100C) / 8oz
1st Infusion: 1 minutes
2n Infusion: 20 seconds
3rd Infusion: 40 seconds, increase 10 seconds for each subsequent brewing.
