Origin: Pei Pu, Shintzu County, Taiwan

Bai Hao or “white tip” Oolong also referred as "Puff Oolong Tea", "Eastern Beauty Tea", is a handpicked and carefully crafted white tipped Formosa Oolong with coppery colored foliage-like leaves that is prized for its bright amber cup, hearty honey aroma.
The new buds of the tea leaves are usually infected with "Green Leaf Cicada (Leaf Hopper)" which then made into a high grade Oolong tea with sweet flavor reminiscent of dried fruit with notes of lemon and spice.

Brewing Instructions:
tbsp: 1
Water: 190-203F (90-95C) / 8oz
1st Infusion: 1½ minutes
2n Infusion: 50 seconds
3rd Infusion: 1 minute, increase 20 seconds for each subsequent brewing.
